The hotel is located in a quiet street. the room is spotlessly clean, which is something I truly enjoyed. the staff is amicable, and the owner too. the location of the property is favorable, facing a garden.

The location was best possible and excellent, really close to the center and Cuzco and easily accessible. The unit we got was extremely spacious with heating, very comfortable beds plus a heater. The staff was attentive and nice, as well as owner.

Stayed in a twin/double room for 5 nights and it was great. the beds were super comfy and they had a heater which was a lifesaver. Also, there was a microwave and a fridge in the room 😊.

I keep coming back to Casa Durand for its helpful staff, who printed out important documents for me on my first stay. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, luggage storage, and an outdoor dining area. Can't wait to celebrate New Year here!

Casa Durand in Cusco was an incredible experience. Maribel, the host, was amazingly helpful and attentive. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had instant hot water with great pressure. The comfortable mattress and excellent Wi-Fi were a big plus. The complimentary electric heater and extra blankets were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and the free tea variety in the kitchen was a bonus. The location was great, and the luggage deposit was convenient.

stayed at this charming family owned hotel in cusco twice and it exceeded my expectations. top floor room with mountain views, comfy bed, and cleanliness. loved the daily fresh breakfast with eggs made to order. personal touches from the owners made us feel cared for. prime location near main square. highly recommended.
